'For those who don't know
Oscar (black-haired glasses guy) is the creator of the first labyrinth that Hajime conquered , we see him in S1 ep 5(?).
Miledi (blond girl) is the creator of the second labyrinth that Hajime conquered, we seen her as Giant Golem /mini creature in S1 ep 8-9(?).
Meiru is (mermaid? Blue-haired girl) is the third creator of the labyrinth conquered in the deep ocean in S2 (from this point I forgot the episode).
Naiz (red-haired big guy) actually idk if he is the creator in the volcano or the forest, haven't red the manga :P
Edit: Naiz is the creator of fourth labyrinth in the volcano because in this ep Kaori haven't moved her soul to "angel", we see in S2 ep 12 Kaori is not in her original body and this event occurred before that so..'

they are the ones who passed down the op knowledge to the crew in the 1st place. they left behind messages to the people who completed their labyrinths and gave them their powers as a reward.

So in the end since they're all so encouraged and inspired by the Heros of the Past; Hajime and his Harem will eventually do the same thing as a final monument before they die by creating their own Labyrinths (5 to match all members) to have the most worthy of souls inherit their powers and then the Cycle continues...

although they have same Job and Power their Upbringing is Different and the people of the past probably hoping that those little change can Change the Result even if they are doing essentially the same thing
besides being from another world might change a lot and from their Trial it may seems like some part of the trial prob focus on their mistake on the past as well such as dont belive certain people or people are easily changed by the god of that world

I can’t help but love the onee-san/ara ara types. Meiru and Remia are 10/10 waifus.

I recognized Oscar but I don't recognize the other three, especially why Shea, Yue and Hajime were so pissed with Miledi but it was funny to watch them wanting to beat her up lol.

It would have been great if this wasn't so rushed, feels like there was a lot they could have done by bringing these two parties together but then they decided to end it by making them forget it all happened even though it did since their magic reserves and techniques have improved.

It happened when they challenged her labyrinth. The labyrinth was full of traps that kicked Hajime's group to the starting point. And she just personally mocked them every time that happened.

TLDR; She's a huge troll.

AND she made Shea pee at the start point. (Very Important Cliff's note!XD)

This was season 1, the second labyrinth. Shea's first dungeon and she was trolled HARD by Miledi lol!

I think Miledi is the one that created the 2nd labyrinth they conquered, the ones full with traps. It was after Hajime and yue first met shea.

those are four of the 'rebels' from the past that Haj etc. have 'met' in their labyrinths.

glasses was the first labyrinth. blond bimbo had her soul in the golem in number two. mer-lady was in the one unda da sea. dude with the long robe i believe was in the one at the church in the mountains where his teacher from Japan was being held prisoner. or long robe was in the one inside the volcano. i forget which. :D
